Philly Run Fest is a celebration of all things running and Philadelphia. Presented by Philadelphia Runner, Philly Run Fest was founded by passion for our city and built to bring together the Philadelphia running community. Join us for a 5K, 10K or 15K through Fairmount Park on June 4th, 2023!
Philly Run Fest is a 5K/10K/15K road race through beautiful Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. With 3 distances to choose from, there is a run for everyone! Or skip the run and hang out at the Philly Run Fest Start/Finish Cheer Zone by the Please Touch Museum.

Driving Directions to the Start
Philly Run Fest Start Line: 4231 Avenue of the Republic, Philadelphia, PA 19104
From I-76 East: Take Exit 341 for Montgomery Drive, take a RIGHT on Montgomery Ave. At the first traffic light (Belmont Ave.) make a left. Parking is on all open side streets on your right hand side in the park.
From I-76 West: Take Exit 341 for Montgomery Drive, take a LEFT on Montgomery Ave. At the first traffic light (Belmont Ave.) make a left. Parking is on all side streets on your right hand side in the park.
Parking near the Start
Street Parking: There is free street parking available near the start/finish line area. Please check signs for any time restrictions.
NOTE - Roads will begin closing at 5:30am in preparation for the race. Please give yourself extra time to find parking and walk to the start/finish line area.
Public transportation
Bus: Septa Bus Routes 38, 40, 43, and 64 stop within walking distance of the start by the Please Touch Museum.

How do I confirm that I am registered for Philly Run Fest?
Registered runners can log in to view their registration through their runsignup account.
How do I update my email address, shirt size, etc.?
Registered runners can edit their information through their runsignup account.
Can I switch events after I register?
Yes, runners can transfer to a different distance through their runsignup account.
Where and when can I pick up my bib?
Bibs and shirts will be picked up at Philadelphia Runner in University City (3621 Walnut Street). If you cannot make it to Philadelphia Runner, you can add race day pick-up to your registration. There is no general race day pick up.

I can’t pick up my race bib, can a friend pick mine up?
Sure! Just make sure that they have a copy of the confirmation email that you were sent when you registered.
I deferred in 2022, how do I register for 2023?
We will email all 2022 deferrals in January 2023.
Is my entry refundable?
Registration is nonrefundable. However, runners who can’t make it on race day can elect to defer or transfer their registration. Runners must elect to defer or transfer by May 15th.
Can I check a bag at the start?
Yes, we will be offering bag check on race morning. When you pick up your bib, you will receive a clear plastic bag for checking items on race morning. Your items must fit completely into this bag (15" x 18") or your bag will not be accepted.
How do referrals work?
Participants can refer their friends to run Philly Run Fest. Once 5 people sign up using your unique referral link, you will be eligible to have your entry refunded!
Runners in the 5K will run 1 loop, runners in the 10K will run 2 loops, and runners in the 15K will run 3 loops. There will be a hydration station with water and gatorade around mile 1.5 as well as a hydration station around mile 3.2 for 10K and 15K runners.
** If you decide to change to a shorter distance during the race, please notify the timer immediately after crossing the finish line! **
